1. Australian Consumer Law

In compliance with Australian Consumer Law (https://www.commerce.wa.gov.au/consumer-protection/refunds-and-returns), Three-0-Two Home & Gifts is not required to provide a refund if you make a wrong selection, need a different size/item or change your mind.

Our items come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (https://consumerlaw.gov.au/).

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.

If the failure is minor, we reserve our right to offer to repair only.

We reserve the right to not offer a refund or an exchange coupon code.

2. Your Rights

We store all the information you enter on our website to customize services for you, improve our website, and communicate with you in regards to special offers, bonuses, sales and related marketing information and activities.

If you do not wish to receive information from three-0-two.com.au via email you can remove your email address from our newsletter by simply choosing “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email and following the prompts.

These are the categories of data we request: Contact Name, ABN Number, Postal Address, Residential Address, E-mail Address, Phone Number, Mobile Number and Fax Number.

At Three-0-Two Home & Gifts, you have 14 days to return your items for a full refund as long as it is returned in a saleable condition with original proof of online purchase. The refund will be provided using your original payment method.

The item must be returned in saleable condition which means that the item hasn’t been opened or used, is still in its original packaging and all manuals, packaging and accessories are included.

If an item is DOA (Dead on Arrival), damaged or has parts missing, please refer to the manufacture for support. A copy of your invoice can be found in your accounts section on the website for proof of purchase.

Three-0-Two Home & Gifts reserves the right to send the item back to the manufacture if returned because of DOA (Dead on Arrival), damaged or has parts missing before issuing a full refund or replacement of the purchased item.

Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the item is faulty.

3. Faulty Items

If you believe your item has a fault, please contact us. Upon receiving your request, we will handle this with priority to arrange the best possible course of action for you!

4. Processing of Returns

We aim to process all returns within 3-5 business days of receiving your return.

During school holidays and public holidays, we ask you to please allow for an extra 1-3 business days for the returns process. We do not accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged when being sent back to us. (We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number.)

Due to the fast turnover of our stock, we do may not have a direct replacement in store if requested by the manufacture for exchange.

If the returned item is sent back to us in the case of fault, damaged, missing or faulty items, we will be waiting for direct response from the manufacture that may take some time.

We will endeavour to keep you up-to-date as much as possible until a resolution is sought.
